Or sometimes the items might have been out of stock and unrestockable, it could take us several working days to process and notify you.
We always try our best to ship your order as soonest as we can. The tracking information is updated 2 times a week on Tuesdays and Friday (UTC+8 time). For pending & unshipped orders due to shortage, we lack helping hands to notify our customers at the fastest fashion. We are constantly updating the new site and moving items on the old site to the new site. On the message to us please make sure to include the FULL TITLE OF THE ITEM YOU WANT, instead of writing just Hello Kitty mouse, or Hello Kitty sneakers..etc, so that we can find the EXACT things you’re looking for! : )
